Aurora is our most configurable and dynamic template yet! We have made it stupidly simple to customize almost every element of the template and it has 88 super slick backgrounds to choose from!
An introduction to Aurora Aurora is a truly transparent template! Choose from one of our many pre-designed styles and instantly customize the look and feel of your site! We have also given you full control on how your background should display. Not only are there stunning graphics to choose from, but also vector styles, patterns and more! The coolest part is you do not have to get your hands dirty and edit any php or html. You can make all of these changes from the backend via a component. Nobody else offers this feature, we looked! The available background options include: Images 5 Patterns 15 Textures 15 Simple 15 Effects 38 You can either use one of our pre-designed, colorful and vibrant backgrounds, or one of the included tiled backgrounds. Feeling really creative? That’s fine, you can create one of your own using the brand new Tatami component. Log into your admin area and change almost every single conceivable setting from a easy to use component interface. No more slogging around in complicated HTML files, or figuring out PHP. Click, click, save. This template is massively configurable and makes it a snap customize the look and feel of your site. The wolf in sheeps clothing! Aurora has hundreds of different configuration options. Almost everything you see in the template can easily be configured by clicking a button in the Tatami component. This is where the true power of Aurora lies. Why we made Aurora so configurable One of the biggest challenges we set for ourselves with Aurora, was to make it incredibly easy for anyone to customize it in a way that if we saw it on the web, it would look so different that we would not recognize it. We feel that we have achieved this and the mass of colorful and vibrant backgrounds are just one of the many ways you can make the template your own, in the simplest way possible. If thats not good enough, we gave you a component to edit it even further! Not enough features? Here, have some more. Intelli Modules Built in This template comes with our new intelli-modules which calculate how much space they can take up depending on how many of them you publish. We have set 2 intelli positions in the bottom shelf, which can each handle a five modules. What’s more Aurora has a fully collapsible bottom shelf. Module FX - Mix and match module styles! One thing we have learned over the years is that our users want control and the means to easily customize the template to their needs. That is why we have come up with this clever system allowing you mix and match your different module styles. In Aurora we have taken this a step further, allowing you to easily configure the base color (white or black) and how transparent you want the module. So even if you choose your own background, you can still customize all the modules backgrounds and transparency to perfectly fit the new image. Again, all of these changes are done from a simple user interface in Joomlas backend. Express yourself through style, color, and layout versatility Aurora has flexible layout configurations that are available on a per component basis e.g. homepage = sidebar + content, blog = content + sidebar. This allows you to change your sites layout, depending on the content that your users are viewing. For example, if you wanted you site to have a forum, but did not want the sidebar to be loaded when viewing the forum, you would simple set the configuration to com_fireboard = content. It really is that simple! Joomla makes it hard, JoomlaJunkie makes it easy again! Configure your level of transparency! One of the templates key features is the transparency options and the 88 different sexy background choices. You can either go with one of our pre-designed, colorful and vibrant backgrounds, or use one of the included tiled backgrounds or even use one of your own. The template is massively configurable and is easily customize the look and feel of your site - that is where its power lies. The template is completely transparent and all the structural elements of the template all have configurable opacity settings (8 black and 6 white). Extra Goodies included when you buy Aurora For Aurora, we decided to make a couple of simple modules that would make you life easier. Tatami template configuration component Like Joomla but hate reading all the complicated code to do more advanced things with your theme? Tatami allows you to make all the changes to your Aurora layout via it\'s easy to use interface. Who needs FTP when you have JoomlaJunkie and features like this? Simple Feed Module Ever wanted to display a rss module, but did not know how to customize the default joomla syndicate module? Well, we have taken the concept and run with it. With our Simple Feed module, you can now add your own \"pre text\", customize the link text, customize whether to pull the rss feed from Joomla! or MyBlog and if choosing Joomla! you can specify what type of feed you would like to syndicate. All this without digging in a single line of code! Optional Flickr Module Though this module is not a part of the templates core, we figured it would be a nice addition if using the template for a blog. Please note that this module was not developed by ourselves and we cannot provide support for it.
